The LED assembly and decorative presentation did not change the article's objective character as a human-form doll. Movable limbs, body construction, textile clothing and overall appearance together led to Turkish GTIP 9503.00.21.00.00.
Figures used principally as lighting, fixed statuettes, decorations exclusive to Christmas or electrical ornaments without toy character should not inherit this result. Movable limbs, play value, the role of the light and presentation must be verified.
